If your anything like me then your probably struggling on what to get your favourite man or women for Valentine’s and this is why I have decided to come up with this helpful guide that can, hopefully, help at least one of you out there.

Valentine's Gift Guide For Him

I detest those stupid grey teddy things from the card shop, in fact any of that tat from a card shop. I don’t mind a card, that is tradition.” This was something that was brought up in a conversation between myself, Edd and his mates the other week. You learn something new everyday, right?! Based on this statement, I have came up with a selection of ideas that can hopefully ‘wow’ him off his feet. My boyfriend loves his photos so a selection of prints from Cheerz would be such a thoughtful gift for him. You could pick his favourite images from Instagram, Facebook or his camera or make them more specific to your relationship together.  Pop vinyl figures are all the rage at the moment and I managed to find this one of Deadpool Pop Vinyl for an affordable price. I know a lot of people are excited about the films release, including myself, so this pop figure would be a great addition to add to his collection.

Another idea is to grab the popcorn, bring in the {insert beverage of your choice} to go along with this Valentine’s Popcorn Set (photo credit: hollieather’s Instagram) and pick a handful of films that you both like. One thing that I know Edd has been after for sometime is a speaker for his phone. I have managed to find the KitSound Portable Speaker that can be connected to a phone, iPad or MP3 player. Hotel Chocolat is amazing for chocolate flavoured gifts including the Nuts About You chocolate set and Cocoa Beer. Tip: Let him choose the film, you’ll avoid the awkward “Yay, I love it!” when he really doesn’t moment. Other ideas could include: a selection of his favourite sweets, a GAME voucher so he can pick the latest game to play with his mates or a crate of beers for that special night in with you.

Valentine's Gift Guide For Her

Personally I think there is a lot more to offer when it comes to buying a little something for your favourite girl. I know that I am always head over heels the cute little teddy bears from those card shops or a nice bouquet of flowers will win my heart every time. Firstly, I have found the Double Giraffe Necklace from The Button And Bow Factory. I think it’s so cute how the giraffes are kissing and their necks create a heart outline. Disney have quite a couple of cute gifts too including: a personalised Stitch Valentine’s Day Soft Toy or the matching Mickey and Minnie Mugs that could be used on Valentine’s morning. Luxurious chocolates are always a winner in my book, a couple of options include: the classic Lindt truffles either in the classic heart shaped box or I highly recommend Lindt’s Strawberries and Cream, Thorntons With Love Heart Model Hotel Chocolat’s Valentine’s Day Goody Bay or Melting Hearts.

I couldn’t write a gift guide without including a little something from Lush. Personally I have been eyeing up the Lots Of Love Gift Set with three bath bombs including Lover Lamp, the Valentine’s Day Limited Edition bath bomb and three bubble bars including the classic Unicorn Horn and Rose Jam Bubbleroon that smells amazing! Another Lush product that goes down rather well in the ‘lushie’ community is the Prince Charming Shower Cream. Finally, I wanted to mention a Trio of Heart Shaped Bath Bombs from The Dirty Vegans, previously known as Vegan Harmony. They are so cute and are something different to your usual Lush bath bomb.
